I attempted to order the ZigZag rug a couple of weeks ago only to find out that Urban Outfitters will not ship it to Canada. Well I called around, upset I couldn't get the item delivered only to find that it is not available in Canada at all! I continued my search for a rug that would be available up here (cause apparently living in Canada means you live too far north for anyone to ship things?) but was unsuccessful and disappointment. While complaining to a friend of mine about my situation she mentioned she went through the same thing while ordering from West Elm. She was told about companies in the US that will pick up our item and then privately ship it to you!
The next morning I found ReShip. They were amazing. I spoke with Larisa, a sales associate, who was so helpful and sweet. She requested the product information and then researched our import laws to see if there was a particular reason the item could not be shipped up to me. She was so sweet and got back to me with in a couple of days to let me know ReShip would be able to help me! I signed up right aways and am now just waiting for my Rug to be shipped out - its on back order!
